Will the wire fit my baler — even if it’s not a Presona baler?
Yes. The wire is designed to fit the baler types commonly used in the recycling industry, regardless of brand. Since dimensions and coil requirements vary between machines, include your baler model in your quote request and we will confirm the right wire for it.
What does “annealed” baling wire mean?
Annealed wire is steel wire that has been heat-treated to become softer and more flexible. This makes it easier to twist and tie, and it holds knots securely under the high tension of the baling process — with less risk of snapping than hard, untreated wire.
Why not just buy the cheapest baling wire on the market?
Cheap, poor-quality baling wire often breaks or jams during baling, causing unplanned downtime and extra maintenance. That ends up costing more than the money saved on the wire itself. High-quality wire keeps your baler running and produces consistently compact, secure bales.
What dimensions does your baling wire come in?
Our annealed baling wire is available in dimensions from 2.7 to 4 mm. Several gauges are offered so the wire fits the various types of balers used in the recycling industry. Tell us which baler you use, and we will recommend the right dimension for your operation.
What coil sizes are available?
The wire comes in coils of 40–50 kg, 500 kg, or 1,000 kg. You specify coil size and quantity when requesting a quote.
Where is the wire manufactured?
The wire is manufactured in the EU by an ISO-certified manufacturer (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, among others).
