Essential maintenance

Our products (balers, compactors, waste handling systems, etc.) are built to be reliable, durable and efficient. To run long shifts in tough working conditions, they need regular maintenance by well-trained service technicians using original Presona parts.

We recommend at least one service visit per year by a qualified service technician. If your demands are particularly high or the working conditions are especially demanding, you may need to schedule additional service visits.

Training – for safety and a trouble-free operation

Staff training is always offered when you buy equipment from Presona, but things happen – people change jobs and you may need additional training. Our training programs ensure that your personnel can manage daily operations safely and carry out light service and maintenance. Please contact us for more details.

Required training

Please be aware that baling facilities are dangerous and the operators are required to have proper training in order to operate or maintain a baler. The owner of the machine is responsible for making sure that all personnel has the proper training.

Presona is certified in accordance with quality management system ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management system 14001:2015. Our balers are compliant with standard EN16252:2012, a specific standard for horizontal balers.

The quality of the spare parts which our service technicians install on your machine is of vital importance.

To get the right price and quality we are continuously working with developing our spare parts together with our sub-suppliers. This work will always prove at use to you as a customer. To keep our quality and to be able to be responsible for our guarantee we therefore only accept original spare parts to be installed on your Presona baler. Our service technicians will therefore only install Presona original spare parts on your baler.

Always order your spare parts from the Presona Service Department or from an authorized Presona representative.
