Presona AB is recruiting a new CEO – Martin Skogmalm will take office on January 1, 2026

Presona AB has recruited Martin Skogmalm as new CEO. He will take up his position on January 1, 2026 and succeeds Stefan Ekström, who has chosen to retire after 14 successful years as CEO of the company.

Martin has a solid background as a leader in international industry, M&A and transformation work. With many years of experience, he has had full P&L responsibility and driven change processes within global operations. His previous roles include Interim CEO, Chief Transformation Officer and Head of M&A Integration, where he has demonstrated a strong ability to translate strategy into concrete results. 

Before his career in the industrial sector, Martin held senior positions in the Swedish Armed Forces, where he was responsible for intelligence units and international training programs. This experience has laid the foundation for a leadership characterized by perseverance, clarity and a focus on people development.

Since July 2025, Presona AB has been part of the privately owned industrial group Inducore AB. The recruitment of Martin Skogmalm is part of the group’s ambition to strengthen Presona’s position in the market and further develop the company’s offering within sustainable and efficient waste management solutions globally.
