Presona appoints new distributor in England, Scotland and Wales to strengthen service and customer support 

Presona AB has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Recycling Engineers Services Ltd (RES) for service, support and spare parts for Presona in England, Scotland and Wales. The agreement forms part of Presona’s long-term and proactive efforts to ensure a high level of service, continuity, and customer confidence in the UK market.

Customers who have previously been in contact with our former distributor and service partner, Presona UK Limited, are now kindly asked to reach out directly to RES, who look forward to welcoming you and provide high quality service and support.

Presona UK Limited has recently suspended their trading operations and is currently in a transition period. For clarity, we would like to emphasise that Presona UK Limited was a business partner of ours and not a company owned by Presona Aktiebolag. The two companies have always been separate legal entities.
