Baler service and maintenance

Our balers and other products (compactors, waste extraction systems etc.) are built to be reliable, durable and efficient. To be able to run long shifts in tough working conditions they need regular maintenance by well-trained service engineers who use original Presona parts. We recommend at least one service a year by a qualified service engineer. If your demands are very high or the working conditions are extra tough you may need to schedule additional service events.

Training – for safety and a trouble-free operation

Staff training is always offered when you buy equipment from Presona, but things happen – people change jobs and you may need additional training. Our training programs ensure that your personnel can manage daily operations safely and carry out light service and maintenance. Please contact us for more details.

Required training

Please be aware that baling facilities are dangerous and the operators are required to have proper training in order to operate or maintain a baler. The owner of the machine is responsible for making sure that all personnel has the proper training.

Certifications and standards

Presona is certified in accordance with quality management system ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management system 14001:2015. Our balers are compliant with standard EN16252:2012, a specific standard for horizontal balers.
