Want to bale 10 tonnes of card an hour? We’ll show you how at IFAT 2018
Press release: Visitors looking for recycling plant efficiencies at IFAT 2018 should visit the Presona stand, B5.351/450, to see how the latest update to the LP 50 EH baler means that it can power through massive material throughputs, despite having a relatively small footprint.
With the baler taking centre stage, visitors will immediately be able to see how this model could fit into their facilities and improve productivity.
The smallest baler in the LP Series to date, the LP 50 EH has an ECC tying unit which means that no support legs are required. Its size makes it ideal for locations where space is at a premium.
But small doesn’t come at the cost of reduced capacity. In fact, quite the opposite. The LP 50 EH has an average hourly throughput for cardboard of up to 10 tonnes, maximising material handling even in space-limited locations.
Suitable for baling most materials from paper and cardboard to plastic film and PET-bottles, the LP 50 EH is typically fed by a conveyor system and is available with two motor options, 22 kW and 37 kW. A wide range of bespoke options are available to tailor its performance to specific requirements.
Representatives from Presona Sweden, Germany and UK will be available on the IFAT stand, ready to help visitors understand how the LP 50 EH, and other larger models in the LP Series, can be tailored to individual plant and material requirements.
In addition, Presona technical experts will be on hand to explain and demonstrate the efficiencies that can be achieved with prepress baling technologies.
– IFAT is the go-to event for anyone in Europe who is serious about recycling, and serious about plant efficiency. said Presona CEO Stefan Ekström. Our baling technology fits perfectly into these two criteria. We’re looking forward to demonstrating how our prepresses can help recyclers to meet their growth objectives and higher throughput ambitions, he said.
Visitors to IFAT 2018 can find out more about the new LP 50 EH model by visiting Presona on stand B5.351/450.
